Torres Engineering, P.C. provides engineering services in the areas of land development for single family/multi-family residential subdivisions, Planned Unit Development (PUDs), park districts, industrial parks, complexes for education, recreation, retail, business use, and capitol improvement projects. We have the ability to provide a full circle of services from site evaluation and feasibility studies to final development.

Project Management - management of all aspects of the project from initial conception to Plat recording.
Master Planning - conceptual planning for site and site uses.
Residential Engineering and Design - provide construction drawings for street, sewer, water and drainage facilities.
Commercial Engineering and Design - provide construction drawings for dimensional control, grading, paving, sewer, water and drainage facilities.
Floodplain Analysis - provide drainage study of existing flood plain analysis, CLOMR and LMOR.
Agency Plat Coordination - coordinate with local city, county and state officials for plat and construction drawing approvals.
Cost Estimates - provide an estimate of construction costs for all aspects of residential and commercial developments.
Erosion, Sediment and Pollution Control - provide storm water pollution prevention plan, WPAP and SCS application for submittal to TCEQ.
Traffic Impact Analysis - provide traffic reports for recommendation of intersection signalization and pavement markings.
Feasibility Study - provide a report detailing the feasibility of the development and any cost associated with the development.
Topographic Survey - provide a contour map showing the natural terrain.
Construction Staking - provide staking for street, sewer, and water alignments. Provide Hubs for cutsheets.
